Returns & Exchanges

At Ponyback, we want you to love your hat as much as your ponytail does. If your fit isn't perfect, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you. Simply print it out and attach it securely to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your Ponyback hat in its original box or a similar protective mailer and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
